ART by Clemens Hollerer

Publication date: 18.06.2025

Clemens Hollerer's main themes are architecture in transition, the psychological aspects of building sites and transformation processes. He examines the concept of destruction in various forms, guidance and limitation systems as well as people and their behaviour patterns in urban space. His works have roots in minimalism and conceptual art.

His sculptures and paintings undergo a complex process of construction and deconstruction, revealing masterfully choreographed phases of transformation.

The presented work “Blessed burden”, 2021 is inspired by researched images of a hurricane scenario in 2017 in Texas (USA).
