One of the vectors of Estudio Periferia's work in recent years has been to respond to the need for alternative models of housing for the elderly that promote independence, integration and social interactions, encouraging active aging. Periferia has adopted the concept of housing for life, and works in the transformation of the built environment from the conviction that the most important thing when facing any type of project are the people who live in it.
